- Items purchased from CurvEssentials Boutique are eligible for store credit or exchange within 10 days of receiving. Minus shipping cost.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached.
- A Return Confirmation Number (RMA) is required and will be assigned to items for returning merchandise by mail. (Any items shipped without a confirmation or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be credited)
- The returning merchandise should be received within 10 days from the time the RMA is issued. Items received after 10 days will NOT be credited. (If a package is delayed during delivery it is your responsibility to immediately contact us about your situation so we may assist you.
- Heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange.
- All customers are responsible for shipping their returns to our returns department.
- If any item is delivered damaged you have 48 Hours to contact us for assistance. It is the buyers responsibility to check for any damaged clothing upon opening the package once it’s delivered.
- Returns are processed within 7-10 days of the packaged invoice.
- Use our online Simple Return Center for quick and easy returns.
- Print out purchase confirmation email. Write RMA on the printed page. Pack it securely in your package for proper processing.
- Store credit will be processed upon receiving item and email with store credit code will be sent to customer.
